Tyrone Carr
Originally from Jamaica, I’ve been a New York City local for 15 years and an elite personal trainer for almost as long.
I’ve always been curious about the human body and my interest has only grown the more I’ve learned about anatomy, strength and our body’s movement patterns. Now I’m rooted in the fields of personal training, pain management, occupational therapy and weight management.
My certification comes from the American Academy of Personal Training in 2011 and the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences where I studied occupational therapy.
To this day I continue my professional development on industry-leading topics related to health, nutrition and fitness.
