I was apprehensive about starting virtual training since I have typically done in-person yoga and am notoriously bad at sticking with exercise videos but Tyrone has made me a believer!
I can't believe how much we are able to do with simple home equipment. Sessions are completely personalized and he is super responsive and able to adapt quickly on the fly, whether something is too easy, too difficult, or just not feasible given the situation.
Tyrone manages to strike the perfect balance between being kind and encouraging while always pushing you to keep going and achieve more than you thought you could. Afterwards I always feel great; it is always a challenging workout and I feel it, but I am never so sore I can't move the next day, which makes me want to continue.

I was feeling so sluggish and unfit because of the covid shut down. I had never had a personal trainer and in desperation I contacted Tyrone. I was surprised that he gave me such an accurate and thorough assessment over zoom.
I was even more surprised and pleased that after the first couple of sessions with him, I felt both physically and mentally improved. The flabby stomach shaped up and I felt hopeful for the first time since the covid lockdown.
Tyrone is so attentive and continually changes up my routine so that I actually look forward to exercising. He pays careful attention to my form and makes instant minute corrections. I can’t really imagine a better service.
As an aside, I am 81 years old and he customized my workouts precisely.
