Training Together

  • Whether in-person or online, our fitness journey together will begin the same way:

    We’ll start with a conversation.
    This is an opportunity to tell me what’s going on physically and share any particular goals or concerns.

    I’ll review your movement patterns.
    I’ll assess functional movements to uncover areas of strength and weakness.

    We’ll make a plan.
    We’ll discuss a realistic path forward that is complementary to where you’re at and aligns with your personal goals.

  • Workout equipment is NOT required. No matter what equipment you have access to (or not), you’ll always get the quality workout best suited to you.

  • Yes! My goal is to make your fitness journey convenient for you. Pricing will change depending on whether we train online or in person, but my personalized training plan can be a hybrid approach if that works best for you. Let’s chat about making that happen →

  • My mission is to help people in their health journeys, no matter what stage they are in.

    If you are looking for an affordable alternative to in-person training or just some motivation to exercise, you can sign up for a monthly subscription for $30/month. Monthly subscribers get customized workout plans via an online portal which they can follow at their own pace. Subscribers can also message me on the portal for help or guidance.

Online Training


  • You don’t need too much space to get a great workout. Aim for two arm’s length of unobsctucted space to move around during our session.

  • Here’s how to download and install Zoom on a computer, tablet or phone. Be sure to set it up before our first session if you don’t already have it. Zoom is free and easy to use.

    USING A COMPUTER

    On the Download Center website (zoom.us/download), click “Download” under “Zoom Client for Meetings”.

    After Zoom is downloaded, install it onto your computer.

    1. If you have a Mac:
      Double-click the file called Zoom.pkg, which is typically saved to your Downloads folder. The installer program opens and guides you through the process.

    2. If you have a PC:
      Double-click the file called ZoomInstaller.exe to install Zoom.

    That’s it! Join your next online session by clicking on the Zoom link in your BodyByTy confirmation email.

    USING AN iPAD OR iPHONE
    Go to the Apple App Store and search for “Zoom Cloud Meetings.” Click “Get” to download and install the Zoom app. Join our next session by clicking on the Zoom link in your BodyByTy confirmation email.

    USING AN ANDROID TABLET OR PHONE

    Go to the Google Play App Store and search for “Zoom Cloud Meetings.” Click “Install.” Join our next session by clicking on the Zoom link in your BodyByTy confirmation email.

    1. Choose a space where you feel safe and have room to move around.

    2. If doing an online session, place the device you’ll be using (laptop, tablet or phone) on the ground directly in front of you.

    3. Keep any workout equipment you have access to close by during our session. Note: access to equipment is not necessary.

In-person Training

  • Yes! I want to make your fitness journey convenient and easy for you. I can travel to meet you wherever is best within NYC whether it’s your home, your favorite gym, your neighborhood park, etc.

  • Distance will impact pricing due to time and transportation costs.

    Let’s chat and figure it out together

  • No. We can train wherever is most convenient for you! That can be your home, your office, your neighborhood park, or wherever is easiest for you.

    If you prefer to do so, we can train in a gym you are a member of. However, it is not necessary to have a gym membership to train with me in person.


Policy


  • Classes and One-On-One Sessions
    Will expire 15 weeks after date of purchase.


  • If you’re running late for any reason, no problem. Enter our online session or class up to 30 minutes after its start time and we'll make the most of our time together. If you haven't entered after 30 minutes, however, the session or class will be canceled.


  • Reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled session or class without charge.


  • If the session or class is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time, the full amount agreed upon at the time of purchase will be charged.

    To cancel a monthly subscription, please email bodybyty.nyc@gmail.com.


  • Cancel and receive a full refund if requested in the first 24 hours after purchase.

    After the cancellation period, reschedule a session or class by reaching out to me at bodybyty.nyc@gmail.com.
