Here are some insights and details about the process.

 
 
  • We’ll start with a conversation.
    This is an opportunity to tell me what’s going on physically and share any particular goals or concerns.

    I’ll review your movement patterns.
    I’ll assess functional movements to uncover areas of strength and weakness.

    We’ll make a plan.
    We’ll discuss a realistic path forward that is complementary to where you’re at and aligns with your personal goals.

  • Here’s how to download and install Zoom on a computer, tablet or phone. Be sure to set it up before our first session if you don’t already have it. Zoom is free and easy to use.


    USING A COMPUTER

    On the Download Center website (zoom.us/download), click “Download” under “Zoom Client for Meetings”.

    After Zoom is downloaded, install it onto your computer.

    1. If you have a Mac:
      Double-click the file called Zoom.pkg, which is typically saved to your Downloads folder. The installer program opens and guides you through the process.

    2. If you have a PC:
      Double-click the file called ZoomInstaller.exe to install Zoom.

    USING AN iPAD OR iPHONE

    Go to the Apple App Store and search for “Zoom Cloud Meetings.” Click “Get” to download and install the Zoom app. Join our next session by clicking on the Zoom link in your BodyByTy confirmation email.


    USING AN ANDROID TABLET OR PHONE

    Go to the Google Play App Store and search for “Zoom Cloud Meetings.” Click “Install.” Join our next session by clicking on the Zoom link in your BodyByTy confirmation email.

    1. Choose a space where you feel safe and have room to move around.

    2. Place the device you’ll be using for our session (laptop, tablet or phone) on the ground directly in front of you.

    3. Keep any workout equipment you have access to close by during our session. Note: access to equipment is not necessary.
